1. Introduction

NotifyX is built with a "Security First" mindset. This policy outlines how we handle the minimal data required to provide our notification services across Discord, Twitch, and TikTok.

2. Data Collection & Storage

We store the following data in our secure MongoDB clusters to ensure your notifications work correctly:

• Server Metadata: Discord Guild IDs and Channel IDs for message delivery.
• Social Links: Twitch and TikTok usernames provided by your administrators.
• Custom Identity: Custom bot display names and Avatar image URLs (processed and stored via ImgBB).
• Operational Logs: The last 5 system events (e.g., Kill Switch activation) for debugging purposes.

3. Data Usage

Your data is used exclusively for functional purposes. We never sell, share, or analyze your server's data for advertising. Custom images are used only to personalize the Webhook identity on your specific server.

4. Dashboard Cookies

The NotifyX Dashboard uses a single, secure session cookie for authentication. This contains your encrypted Discord OAuth2 session and expires automatically after 1 hour.

5. The "Right to Forget"

When you remove NotifyX from your server, your configuration is marked for deletion. Updating your custom bot name or avatar permanently overwrites the previous data in our database.
