Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By inviting NotifyX to your server or using the Dashboard, you agree to these terms. NotifyX is a tool for streamers and community managers to automate live notifications.

2. Custom Identity & Content

When using Custom Bot Names and Avatars, you agree that:

• You hold the rights to use the uploaded images.
• Content does not violate Discord's Terms of Service (no NSFW, hate speech, or impersonation of official entities).
• NotifyX processes images through third-party APIs (ImgBB) for cloud storage.

3. Service Reliability

While we aim for 99.9% uptime, NotifyX is provided "as-is". We are not responsible for missed notifications due to Twitch/TikTok API changes or Discord infrastructure outages.

4. Prohibited Use

Attempting to reverse-engineer our node infrastructure, spamming the notification engine, or using the bot for malicious purposes will result in an immediate permanent ban of your server ID.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend API access for servers that violate our standards or engage in suspicious network behavior without prior notice.
